WASBE is very sorry to have to inform you that there will be no WASBE Conference in 2013. After Pesc withdrew their offer to host the Conference because of financial problems, Valencia indicated a half year ago that it would be willing to host the Conference. However, after valiant efforts from all parties, it was determined in July 2012 that the time was too short to prepare properly a World Conference.
